Hilton continues its rapid expansion in the European resort market with two new franchise agreements enhancing its portfolio in Greece.
More specifically, the Hilton Mykonos Beach Resort & Spa and the Sound of the Sea Karpathos, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, are set to open over the next two years.
These new resorts emphasize Hilton’s continued commitment to offering unique getaway experiences in Europe’s most sought-after travel destinations.
They also join Hilton’s portfolio of over 100 operational or under-development resorts across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa under nine brands.
This expansion aligns with Hilton’s strategy to strengthen its global resort portfolio, which has doubled in the past five years and now includes more than 350 hotels worldwide.
Hilton’s focus on creating resorts in high-demand locations has driven significant growth along the Mediterranean coast, including opening five new resorts in Greece in 2024 alone.
In Greece, Hilton has launched the following resorts:

Two new hotels in the Aegean Sea
Hilton Mykonos Beach Resort & Spa
The Hilton Mykonos Beach Resort & Spa will be located on the iconic Super Paradise Beach in Mykonos as part of a franchise agreement with Vasileios Lambrou – Hotel Enterprises S.A.
The 75-room resort, set to open in 2026, will feature elegantly designed rooms and suites with private terraces or balconies, and 34 rooms will offer private pools.
Guests will enjoy two restaurants, two bars, indoor and outdoor pools, and a boutique. The resort will also feature a spa with four treatment rooms, a hammam, a sauna, and a fully equipped fitness centre.
Additionally, a meeting space will accommodate professional and social events.
Conveniently situated 12.8 km from Mykonos International Airport and 4 km from Mykonos Town, the resort is easily accessible for international travellers.
Sound of the Sea Karpathos, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
Marking the brand’s debut on the island, the Sound of the Sea Karpathos, part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, will offer a boutique, adult-friendly resort experience in Karpathos through a franchise agreement with CHC Hotels.
Slated to debut in spring 2025, the resort will provide an authentic retreat to guests, with direct beach access and locally inspired dining options. The resort will feature 42 rooms and a cottage, 14 of which will offer private pools and six equipped with mini spas.
Amenities will include an outdoor pool, boutique, gym, and wellness centre with three treatment rooms. Dining options will range from an à la carte restaurant serving organic Greek cuisine to a seafood-focused restaurant and a snack and coffee/cocktail bar.
The resort is conveniently located just 850 meters from Pigadia, the port of Karpathos, and 14.3 km from Karpathos Airport.
